Untrue. Not all zip codes have Post Offices.

I've asked, and was told that as long as you don't drop it
off in a zone *further* from what you paid for, it's really
not a problem. It all goes into a giant container for sorting.

Now....if the USPS ever does origination scanning, it'll be
an issue. Maybe.
