What are the top 5 things you really hate in life?

here are mine

1. Terms and conditions on websites, because when you have a problem and phone up they allways say its in the terms
2. Bank charges, because there just well over the top
3. Call centre's that when you phone they sound like there reading a list to you, and if they pass you over to some one else they start the list again
4. rude people that are just plain rude
5. Telly sales arrr phone up and dont get off the phone then have the cheek to put the phone down on you and you dont have the number to ring them back
