Stats generally site into:
Server Stats which we are talking about here, includes the current map being played, list of players online, scores etc. Most stuff to do with that particular game and server information.
Player Stats is something that is being tested also at the moment which will log
EVERYTHING about a player all the time.
From what gun they fire who they hit, where they hit them, the damage taken, who they hit, etc etc etc
also other stuff like any in game chats via echo are logged.
