Thanks for those suggestions. I also am a modifier of my computer for it to be faster.

When I was still in high school, my father bought me my first computer. Its OS was the first edition of Windows 95, it really has lots of bugs and that makes it very slow, not to mention its CPU is just a Pentium R. Its memory is the EDO ram in which you need a pair of these memories to run with only 32 mb, 16 mb each.

What I did with this computer to become faster is that I made the resolution into 16 bit, high resolution only. I make sure that I always defrag it every weekend. And then made one partition of my harddisk solely to be a virtual memory. It did made my computer faster.

Now I guess there are lots of software we can use to hasten the speed of the processing of our computers. But modifying the system is still fun to me. And I would like to learn more about changing the system of my computer.
