This is a tricky question but it can be answered very easily, yes ebay itself is safe because the company of ebay itself will not cheat you, the only problem that i have had is that they have overcharged me once and then they sent me an email without me even noticing it and told me about it and refunded it but thats beacause i said it was alright to take the money out of my account, I wouldn't suggest that, just pay it with your debit card. The second part is that the people on ebay an cheat you by not paying or sending you the item or it not being as described all you have to do is get in touch with paypal or ebay and they will help you get your money back. This is a very safe way to shop on the internet I love using it! |
