Thanks for sharing those tips, I'm searching for advice like this as I am working on my first blog. My favorite from the list is:
"8 Taking Readers for Granted"
As a reader of blogs, I tend to respond better to writing that has me as the reader in mind. Nowadays especially, I will not read anything that is condescending or too assuming of the reader.
I understand any writing needs to be professional and site sources, but maybe I'll do a search on the unwritten rules of blogging, since I've not heard of them before. |
