So far I've had only positive experiences with eBay. The company wants to maintain and improve its credibility, so if you ever have a dispute you can talk to representatives about it. I've found that they have pretty attentive customer service. The couple times when I had a question about the selling process (while in the middle of a transaction) I just asked my question and it was resolved fairly quickly. |
