When making a privacy policy you should make sure you cover every aspect of your true privacy policy, all a privacy policy is, is where you tell your customers or suspected customers, how private your business is, from what you do with there emails, bank account information, credit card information, there names and addresses.

Write a full privacy policy using correct grammar, try not to make it to long, show the customer or suspected customer how safe your database is (if you use one) tell them ether you hold bank or credit card information on your own server or if you hold it somewhere else, if you hold it some ware else tell them why. Make sure your website is safe from being hacked and tell the end user that it is.

Remember don’t lie to the end user, always explain in full and tell them what you would like to here, but make sure its all true. One last thing, make sure you do keep all details of customers privet.
