Intel CPU
The Intel Corporation is the brand that houses the Intel microprocessors. They have CPU of 1.06 GHz to 2.33 GHz, it has FSB speeds of 533 MT/s to 667 MT/s. The instruction set is x86 and it fits Socket M and the core name is Yonah. The Intel Core brand holds the 32 bit processor called Yonah which was released in 2006. It was Intel’s first processor for mobile instruments and it had 2 cores with a one piece silicon chip inside. Intel used to be called Pentium M. Even though the Yonah took over as the core name some of the brands were still labeled Pentium M.
The Intel CPU has 2 cores, the Intel Core Solo , it has 2 cores on one piece but only one of the cores is an active core. This lets Intel sell these cores with defects made by the manufacturer but because there are two , it can be sold as one working core. The Intel Duo has two cores on one piece and it is shared by 2 cores but it is controlled by the L2 Cache and has FSB access. If you are looking into the Intel CPU, then do your research you should not buy a piece of equipment like that without knowing the specs of what it can do.
